From idea to production-ready garment
Custom production starts with whatever you have. A complete tech pack is ideal: measurements, fabrics, trims and construction in one document that the factory can quote precisely. But a clear sketch or a reference garment with your changes marked works too; we translate it into a production specification together before anything is cut.
Then comes the sample, typically ready in 2 to 3 weeks. This is where fit, fabric hand feel and finishing are judged on a real garment instead of on paper. Revisions happen at the sample stage, not in bulk. Only after your approval does production start, with a lead time of 1 to 6 weeks depending on the style and volume.
What custom production costs
As an indication at a tier of 50 pieces, excluding VAT, from-prices run from €12 for a t-shirt to €45 for a blazer, with sweaters from €22, joggers from €24, hoodies from €25 and jackets from €33 in between. Fabric weight, construction complexity and branding determine where your garment lands in that range; your quote states the exact price for your specification.
The production country is a choice we make together per project: Turkey for strong cotton at a sharp price, Portugal for EU production in small premium runs, Italy for high-end finishes such as garment dye, China for large runs with complex branding. Audit reports such as BSCI and GOTS-certified cotton are available on request.

You send your tech pack, sketches or reference garment. We turn it into a production specification and a concrete quote.

Sample
A real garment in your fabric and fit, typically in 2 to 3 weeks. Revisions happen here, before bulk.

Production
Bulk production in the agreed factory, 1 to 6 weeks depending on style and volume, with quality control before shipping.

Delivery
Your garments are delivered labelled and packed, ready to sell.

Fabric and weight
From lightweight jersey to heavy fleece: the fabric and its GSM are chosen per design, matched to the product you have in mind.
Fit and pattern
Patterns developed to your measurements: oversized, boxy, cropped or classic, graded across your size range.
Construction and finishes
Seam types, ribbing, cuffs, zippers, washes and dye treatments, specified in the tech pack and checked on the sample.
Branding
Woven labels, prints, embroidery and hangtags applied during production, so the delivered garment is fully yours.
