Most factories only become interesting at 100 pieces or more. Our minimum is 10 pieces per style, for private label and fully custom production alike. That lets you test a design in the market first and put real budget into volume only once sales prove it.

Why a low minimum matters for a starting brand
A first collection is a series of guesses: which style sells, which colour, which fit. With a minimum of 100 pieces per style, every guess is expensive and dead stock is your biggest risk. At 10 pieces per style you can put three or four designs in the market for the budget one large run would cost, see what actually sells, and reorder the winner in volume.
Be honest about the trade-off: small runs carry a higher unit price, because setup costs spread over fewer garments. That is not a hidden fee, it is how production economics work, and it is exactly why the low minimum pays off. You pay a little more per piece on the test run and avoid the far larger cost of a wrong bet at volume.
How pricing scales with volume
Our indicative from-prices are quoted at a tier of 50 pieces, excluding VAT: t-shirts from €12, sweaters from €22, hoodies from €25. Below that tier the unit price is higher; above it the price per piece keeps dropping. Your quote states the exact numbers for your specification at the quantities you are considering, so you can see the staffel effect before you decide.
The minimum of 10 applies per style, and for sets such as tracksuits it is 10 complete sets. Every run, small or large, starts with a sample you approve first, typically ready in 2 to 3 weeks.
