White label and private label
White label clothing supplier in Europe, from stock blanks to private label
We are a Dutch clothing supplier with two routes under one roof. White label means our stock collection: 247 blank articles, sold blank and label free, per pack of 8 pieces from €12 per piece excluding VAT, shipped in 1 to 2 business days within the Netherlands. Private label means production from 10 pieces per style with your own labels, prints and embroidery, in our factories in Turkey, Italy, Portugal and China. Most buyers start with one and grow into the other.

Two routes, one supplier in the Netherlands
White label is the fast route. Our stock collection holds 247 blank articles that are on the shelf today, sold per pack of 8 pieces of one article in assorted sizes S to XXL. Prices run from €12 to €60 per piece excluding VAT and are published per article, so a pack starts at €96 and you can work out your margin before you talk to anyone. Stock orders leave our Dutch warehouse and are with you in 1 to 2 business days.
Private label is the branded route. We produce from 10 pieces per style with your own woven labels, prints and embroidery, in our factories in Turkey, Italy, Portugal and China. A sample is typically ready in 2 to 3 weeks so you approve fabric, fit and finish first, and bulk production runs 1 to 6 weeks depending on the style, the volume and the country.
Which route fits depends on one question: does the garment have to be yours, or does it only have to be blank? A reseller filling a gap in an assortment, a print shop with a deadline and a brand testing a range are usually better off with stock. A brand that wants its name in the neck is on the private label route from the start.
What white label means here, and what it does not
The stock articles are sold blank and free of supplier labels: no other brand name in the neck to unpick and no print to work around. That is what makes them usable for your own press, screen or embroidery machine, and it lets a shop put the garment on the rail under its own name.
Decoration is not part of the stock route. We do not print or embroider the 247 stock articles, so plan that step yourself or bring in your own decorator. Do you want garments that arrive with your branding already in and on them? That is the private label route, from 10 pieces per style, quoted separately.
And the minimum is a real one. There is no such thing as a single loose piece from stock: the smallest order is 1 pack of 8 pieces of a single article, and more of the same article simply means more packs.
Buying from the Netherlands into the rest of the EU
We ship from the Netherlands, where a stock order arrives within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery to Belgium, Germany, France and other EU countries is available on request: send us your delivery address with your selection and we quote the shipping cost and the transit time per country before you order.
VAT can in most cases be reverse charged on a shipment to a business in another EU member state with a valid VAT number, but it depends on the shipment and on your registration. Send your VAT number with your order and we confirm in writing exactly what applies before you pay anything.
White label or private label, side by side
The same five questions decide the route almost every time. Each line carries both answers: the white label answer from stock first, the private label answer from production second.
- The garmentWhite label: one of the 247 blank articles that are in stock today. Private label: your fabric, colour, weight and fit, developed from a tech pack, a sketch or a reference garment.
- The minimumWhite label: 1 pack of 8 pieces per article, so trying a new style stays cheap. Private label: 10 pieces per style, and 10 complete sets for a two piece set.
- Your brandingWhite label: none in the box. The garments arrive blank and label free and you decorate them. Private label: your woven labels, prints and embroidery are applied in the factory.
- The lead timeWhite label: 1 to 2 business days within the Netherlands, EU shipping on request. Private label: a sample in 2 to 3 weeks, then 1 to 6 weeks of bulk production depending on style, volume and country.
- The priceWhite label: published per article, €12 to €60 per piece excluding VAT, sharper as your total order grows. Private label: quoted per style and per quantity, because a run of 10 costs more per piece than a run of 500.

No login wall in front of the prices
Public prices per article
Every one of the 247 stock articles carries a price per piece and per pack on the catalogue page. No business account, no form and no call before you see a number.
Meer wetenShipped from the Netherlands
1 to 2 business days
Stock is picked and shipped, not made, so a Dutch delivery lands within 1 to 2 business days. Shipping to the rest of the EU is quoted per country on request.
One contact for both routes
Stock and production
The same Dutch team handles your stock packs and your production run, in English or Dutch, so switching from blanks to your own labels does not mean starting over with a new supplier.
Meer wetenReorder by article number
Same number, same style
Every stock article has its own number. Quote the number from your last order and you get the same style back, without describing a garment twice. We confirm current availability with every reorder.

How an order runs
The same four steps for both routes. The difference is only what happens in step three: we either pick from stock or we make your sample.
- 01
Tell us which route you need
Send the article numbers and the number of packs you want, or describe the garment you want made with your own labels. Not sure which route fits? Describe what you are selling and we will say which one is faster for your deadline.
- 02
You get a price, the availability and a date
For stock we confirm your price per piece, the current availability per article and the delivery date. For production we confirm the price per style at your quantity, the sample timing and the bulk lead time, in writing.
- 03
We pick your packs or we make your sample
A stock order is picked and packed per article, 8 pieces to a pack. A production order starts with a sample, typically ready in 2 to 3 weeks, which you approve before anything goes into bulk.
- 04
Delivery, then reorder by number
Stock leaves the Netherlands and arrives within 1 to 2 business days, EU shipping on request. Bulk follows 1 to 6 weeks after your sample approval, depending on style, volume and country. Proven sellers come back by article number or by style, without a new briefing.
