Corporate uniforms

Why have a corporate uniform made instead of buying one?

Standard promo uniforms, ready-made polos with a logo on them, feel cheap, fit badly and quickly lose their shape. Custom clothing means a fit that suits your team, fabrics that survive daily use, colours that match your house style and labels that look professional.

We also think along about function: stretch for anyone who stands on the shop floor all day and outdoor jackets with waterproof membranes for outdoor teams. That keeps form and function in balance. For trainers and gyms, custom sportswear goes deeper into the fabric.

How do you order a corporate uniform for your whole team?

The minimum order is 10 pieces per colour for T-shirts, long sleeves, hoodies and sweaters, with ten pieces in two sizes of your choice; polos start at 35, shirts, trousers and jackets at 100. Our standard sizes run from S up to and including 3XL. In practice, a first rollout across a complete team is between 50 and 200 pieces.

We combine different roles in one rollout: a separate style or colour per role, with the same house style, labels and finish. Think of aprons and hospitality uniforms for the floor and polos or shirts for hosts.

If your team is a sports club or association, with sponsor logos and kit issued to members, then custom club apparel is the better place to start. If you're looking for clothing to sell or give away to fans and customers, take a look at custom merchandise.

How long does a corporate uniform last?

That depends on the fabric and on how often you wash it. Our fabrics are pre-washed, so shrinkage is minimal, and we set the washing instructions per style on the care label; we don't promise a fixed temperature such as 60 °C in advance. Tell us how often the uniform is washed, and we choose the fabric accordingly.

Frequently asked questions about corporate uniforms

From how many employees does your own production pay off?

You start from 10 pieces per colour for T-shirts and hoodies. Because you spread those pieces across sizes and roles, your own production pays off as soon as you have several styles or a growing team, rather than a handful of separate items.

Can I reorder later for new employees?

Yes. You can reorder to the same specs, with the minimum per style. We keep your specs and tech packs, so every next order is identical to the previous one, even a year later.

Can you also add name labels or job titles?

Yes, with embroidery or print in the place you specify: on the chest, the sleeve or the back. Tell us in your request how many variants you need, and we include them in the quote.

What does it cost to have a corporate uniform made?

That depends on the style, the fabric and the number of pieces per style. From 10 pieces a T-shirt costs €29.99 and a hoodie €39.99, with a print and a printed neck label, excluding VAT; embroidery costs €5 per piece extra. Polos, shirts, trousers and jackets get a custom price. A sample of your uniform costs from €150, depending on the style. Send your logo, the styles per role and the quantities, and you get a quote with the price per piece.

One team. One uniform.

Tell us how big your team is, which roles it includes and which direction you want to take with the look. Then you get a proposal with the price per piece.
