In short
We make your tote bags with the same sampling, labelling and guidance as our clothing; we produce in Turkey, Italy, Portugal and China, most production in our own workshop in Turkey.
Is a tote bag good merchandise for your brand?
Often, yes, because it is the easiest merch item there is. A tote bag has no sizes, no fit and no returns, and costs a fraction of a hoodie. That is why it works as a goodie bag at an event, as a giveaway with an order, as a carrier bag in your shop or simply as a separate item alongside your clothing.
Are you having that clothing made with us too? Then take a look at custom t-shirts or custom hoodies.
Screen printing or embroidery on a tote bag?
On sturdy cotton canvas, screen printing works best. The ink bonds deep into the weave, covers well on dark fabrics and stays visible after dozens of washes. With one or two spot colours it is also the most economical technique per piece, especially with larger runs.
If your design has gradients or photographic details, we look at another printing technique. If you want something more tactile, embroidery is possible, for example a small logo on the front or on a separate label.
Which size and canvas weight should you choose?
That depends on the use. A giveaway can be lighter and softer, a shopping bag that gets heavily loaded needs a sturdier cloth. Tell us what the bag is for, then we advise the weight and you feel it on a sample.
To be honest, we do not fix standard specifications for bags yet. Canvas weight, dimensions, handle length and lead time we confirm per request, because they differ per factory and per run. If you have a reference bag, send it along.
Questions about custom tote bags
What is the minimum order for tote bags?
One hundred pieces per model. You can combine bags with clothing in one production, as long as you reach the minimum per model.
Can I combine tote bags with a clothing order?
Yes, and that is usually the smartest choice. Bags often go along with tees or hoodies: then you have one planning, one shipment and the same labels and packaging for your whole drop.
How long does it take to have tote bags made?
We confirm that per request, because the lead time depends on the size, the run size and the factory. Share your deadline and we work back to see whether it is feasible.
How much does it cost to have a tote bag made?
That depends on the size, the canvas weight, the number of print colours and the run size. A sample of a bag costs €250 excl. VAT. Send your size, logo and quantities, and you get a tailored price.
