Why make a tracksuit from one fabric batch?
Because with a tracksuit the match is what counts: top and bottoms need the same colour, the same hand feel and the same shrinkage. A jogger from a different batch can be a slightly different colour, shrink differently or feel different, and you only see that after the first wash.
That is why we cut both pieces from the same fabric batch, in the same factory, with the same finish. And that is why we count in sets and not in separate pieces. Want separate pieces in your line alongside your sets? On our custom clothing manufacturer page you will find all routes side by side.
Which GSM do you choose for a tracksuit?
For most sets we work from 260 to 450 GSM. Around 280 to 340 GSM you get french terry that drapes softly and can be worn all year round. From 380 GSM it becomes heavy fleece that holds its shape after dozens of washes and looks heavier. For summer sets you choose a lighter piqué of 220 to 260 GSM, the fabric of our polo and shorts sets.

The heavier the fabric, the higher the cost price per set. We advise based on your brand positioning and your price point, and on the sample you judge the weight yourself.
In which country do you have tracksuits made?
We produce in Turkey, Italy, Portugal and China. We usually make sets in our own workshop in Turkey; the other countries on request, if they suit your run size, budget or fabric better.

Questions about custom tracksuits
What is the minimum order for a tracksuit?
In cotton, 25 complete sets per colour: 25 tops with 25 matching bottoms. With us a set counts as one product, not as two separate pieces, because top and bottoms come from the same fabric batch. A set in technical fabric or with your own pattern starts from 150 to 200 sets per colour.
Can I mix sizes within those 25 sets?
Partly. With small quantities you choose a limited number of sizes per style and colour; the full size range comes with a larger run. If you want the same set in a second colour as well, that colour again requires 25 sets: each colour has its own fabric batch and its own machine setup.
Do I get a sample first before bulk starts?
We always recommend it. You get a custom sample of both pieces with your print or embroidery, so you can judge fabric, weight and fit before production starts. Your own neck label only comes in production, not in the sample. Count on at least 5 to 6 weeks after payment. A sample is not mandatory; if you would rather go straight into production, that is possible too.
How long does it take to have tracksuits made?
Count on at least 5 to 6 weeks of production after an approved sample and payment, depending on the style, the production country and the run size. The sample stage of at least 5 to 6 weeks comes before that, so plan that time in as well.
How much does a custom tracksuit cost?
That depends on three things: the style (zip jacket or hoodie, with or without pockets), the fabric and the GSM, and the number of sets you order. A sample of a set costs €400 excl. VAT. Send us your style, your fabric choice and your quantities, and within one working day you have a quote with the price per set.
