Custom caps

In short
We also make bucket hats, with the same guidance, sampling and labelling as our clothing; we produce in Turkey, Italy, Portugal and China, most production in our own workshop in Turkey.
Is a cap a good first product for your brand?
For many brands, yes. A cap has no sizes, no fit discussion and no returns problem, which makes it the low-threshold entry product of almost every collection: for a festival, a team, a creator drop or alongside your hoodies and tees.
It is a small product with little surface, though. So everything depends on how your logo is executed: an embroidered brand that sits tight and does not ripple, in the right thread colour in the right place.
If you start with caps, the step to clothing is ready: you already have your label, your colour codes and your logo file. Think of custom polo shirts for your team, custom sweaters for your collection or custom tracksuits for a complete set.
Embroidery or print on a cap?
On headwear, we embroider as standard. Embroidery is tactile and durable, does not come loose and suits the curved front panels of a cap. We use print when a design has too many colours, gradients or lines too fine to embroider, or when an area is larger than embroidery can handle.
Which technique gives the best result for your logo, you see on a sample, before the run goes into production.
Can I design my own cap from scratch?
Yes. A cap we make entirely for you, in a special fabric such as corduroy or nylon, with its own pattern or as an unstructured 5-panel in your material, is fully custom. That comes with a higher minimum, or MOQ, which we confirm per design.
If you want to start more simply, you choose an existing cap model in a standard fabric, for example a black cap, which we embroider for you and fit with your own label. That is possible from 150 pieces per model, and for many brands it is the logical start. Which route suits your design, we tell you when you send your request.
Which cap models and closures are possible?
To be honest, we do not fix that for headwear yet. For clothing, fabrics, weights and lead times per country are on the product pages, such as custom hoodies, custom t-shirts and custom jackets. Cap models, closures and lead times we confirm per request, because they differ per factory and per run.
So you do not get a nice table that we have to take back later, but a concrete answer for your model, your quantities and your deadline.
Questions about custom caps
What is the minimum order for caps?
From 150 pieces per model on an existing cap model that we embroider with your logo and fit with your own label. For a cap we make entirely for you, in a special fabric such as corduroy or nylon, we confirm the minimum per design.
Can I combine caps with a clothing order?
Yes, and that is usually smart. Caps often go along with hoodies or tees: then labels, colours and packaging match each other, and you have one planning and pay shipping once.
How long does it take to have caps made?
We confirm that per request, because the lead time depends on the model, the run size and the factory. Share your deadline and we work back to see whether it is feasible.
How much does it cost to have a cap made?
That depends on the model (cap or bucket hat, and which closure), the material and the quantity, plus how your logo is applied: embroidery or print, and in how many places. A sample of an embroidered cap costs €150 excl. VAT; the price per piece is in your quote.
