Can I buy clothing without a KvK?

Yes. You don't need a KvK registration (with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce) to buy clothing for resale. A starter who first wants to see whether their webshop takes off buys at the same prices as a registered business, with the same article numbers, packs and lead time.

The difference is in the VAT. All prices are excluding VAT, and the VAT is added on your invoice. A business reclaims it through its VAT return, a private individual without a KvK does not: then count the VAT as a cost in your selling price.

Reverse-charging the VAT, meaning an invoice without VAT, is only possible for a business delivery within the EU with a valid VAT number. Put that number in your request and we confirm it in advance on your quote. If you do register later, nothing else changes about your buying.

What clothing can I buy for my webshop?

The collection is built around sets: a top layer, trousers and a shirt or sweater in the same colour. Trousers are the largest group with 29 articles, followed by 22 jackets, 19 knitted sweaters, cardigans and polos, and 17 bodywarmers. There are also 9 shirts, 13 T-shirts, 6 jeans, 8 sets, 4 hoodies and 3 longsleeves.

Five groups have their own page: trousers (29 articles in 12 styles), bodywarmers (17, some reversible with two colours in one piece), shiny shirts in cotton with a sheen, the tech suit with jacket and trousers as a set, and knitwear (19 sweaters, cardigans and polos).

Each article is one colour of one style, with a fixed article number, a photo and its own page. You order by number and you reorder by number, so you never have to describe a style twice.

What is the minimum amount of clothing I have to buy?

The smallest order is 1 pack of 8 pieces per article, and an order is at least 250 euro excluding VAT. Packs of different articles count together towards that, so a pack of T-shirts, a pack of trousers and a pack of sweaters is one order with one delivery.

That is deliberately low: you test a style in your webshop without buying in a whole stock, and you scale up as soon as it sells. If you want one piece in your hands first, a sample piece is possible; the price differs per article and is on request.

• Sizes per pack: usually 1 S, 3 M, 2 L, 1 XL and 1 XXL, sometimes 2 S, 2 M, 2 L, 1 XL and 1 XXL; we confirm it with your request, before you approve
• Price on request: one request for your whole selection, with shipping per box on top: 15 euro in the Netherlands, 29.99 euro outside it
• Delivery in 1 to 2 working days within the Netherlands, elsewhere on request

How do you start buying clothing as a starter?

Start with articles that sell all year round: a white and a black T-shirt, a knitted sweater with a half zip and trousers from the largest group. 1 pack of 8 pieces each, so you test several sizes per article without a large stock.

After a few weeks, look at what sells and reorder that by article number, instead of gambling on a winner in advance. That way your buying grows with what your customers actually buy.

Can I have my own brand label put in the clothing?

As standard, we supply the stock clothing blank and logo-free, without a label in the neck: exactly what you want if you sell under your own name. If you want your own label in wholesale articles, it becomes a production run, from 100 pieces. We don't print or embroider stock articles. Your own hangtags on the stock clothing are possible from 500 pieces.

If you want clothing that arrives with your neck label, care label and print, that is possible too as your own production: T-shirts, longsleeves, hoodies and sweaters on our base model from 10 pieces, other styles with their own minimum.

Allow at least 5 to 6 weeks for the sample and then at least 5 to 6 weeks for the bulk, each time after payment, depending on style, run size and country. Many webshops do both: switch quickly with stock, and have their bestsellers made as their own production.
