With your own pattern you also choose the fabric, the lining and the zips. We produce in Turkey, Italy, Portugal and China and choose the country that suits your jacket.
Which fabric and insulation do you choose for a jacket?
That depends on the season and on how your brand wants to look. Cotton twill is the classic coach jacket, heavy canvas gives a workwear look and waxed cotton a heritage look. Nylon and technical polyester keep a jacket light and water-repellent, and wool melton is the fabric for overcoats.
If you want warmth, you choose an insulation: down, synthetic fill or fleece. Because a jacket consists of many more parts than a tee or hoodie, the factory matters more too. We match your style to the factory that is strongest at it, and record the choice in a sample of your own jacket.
Can I have a jacket made with my own design?
Yes, and then how you start matters. If you choose an existing style, such as a coach jacket or windbreaker, and make it yours with your embroidery and labels, that is private label. That is possible from 100 pieces per style.
If you want your own cut, your own fabric, contrast panels, piping or a construction that exists nowhere else, that is fully custom work (cut-and-sew). For that a minimum of 150 to 200 pieces per style and colour applies: the fabric is bought in first and the whole roll is used, and pattern, grading and machine setup are made from scratch per style. Leather jackets start from 200 pieces.

In which country do you have jackets made?
We make jackets in Turkey, Italy, Portugal and China, and choose the country per style: wool coats to Italy, cotton coach jackets to Turkey, technical puffers to China. We plan complex styles in consultation.

Questions about custom jackets
What is the minimum order for jackets?
From 100 pieces per style on an existing style with your embroidery, and from 150 to 200 pieces per style and colour with a fully custom pattern. Leather jackets start from 200. With your own pattern the minimum counts per colour: each colour needs its own fabric batch, its own lining and its own machine setup.
How much does a custom jacket cost?
That depends on the style, the fabric, the lining, the insulation, the number of parts and your run size: a coach jacket without lining is a different thing from a puffer with down. A sample of your own jacket costs €400 excl. VAT. Send your style and quantities and you will get a tailored price.
Do I get a sample first before production starts?
Yes, and with a jacket we strongly recommend it: with so many parts, the sample is exactly where you see whether everything is right. You get a custom sample with your lining, zips and branding; your own neck label only comes in production. A sample of a jacket costs €400 excl. VAT and is ready at least 5 to 6 weeks after payment. If you still want to go straight into production, we discuss that beforehand.
How long does it take to have jackets made?
Count on at least 5 to 6 weeks of production after an approved sample and payment, depending on the style, the country and the run size. A coach jacket from Turkey runs differently from a puffer with down from China, so we plan complex styles in consultation. The sample stage comes before that.
