Your brand. Right down to the collar.

Your polo arrives as a branded product, not as a blank with a print on it.

  • Embroidery or print

Embroidery is the standard on piqué and interlock. For graphic designs and larger areas: screen printing or DTF.

  • Your own neck label and care label

A printed neck label with your own care instructions; a woven or embossed label is possible at an extra cost.

  • Collar, ribbing and buttons in your colour

Your house colour as a colour code: exact from 500 pieces, below that as close to your colour as possible. Rib width and button placket are set in the tech pack.

  • Packaging

Each polo individually in a polybag. Your own hangtags from 500 pieces, your own packaging with logo from 5,000.

Guide

Custom polo shirts

1 min read

What should you look for when having polo shirts made?

The collar. That is where everyone looks first, and a collar that goes limp or curls up after three washes does your brand no favours. That is why we pay particular attention to the knitted collar and ribbing, the button placket and the dimensional stability of the fabric.

We make polo shirts in double-knit cotton qualities, heavier and sturdier than a regular jersey. In your tech pack you set the fit, the length of the button placket and the width of the collar and sleeve ribbing. On the sample you see and feel whether it is right, before production starts.

We produce in Turkey, Italy, Portugal and China: most production in our own workshop in Turkey, the other countries on request.

What is the difference between piqué and interlock?

Piqué is airy and shows its waffle texture. It is the classic polo fabric, strong in summer collections, for teams that work outdoors and in sets with matching shorts. Interlock is smooth and dense on both sides: it feels more refined, and embroidery and solid house colours come out sharper on it.

If your team wears the polo every day and it often goes in the wash, choose a cotton-poly interlock. It shrinks less and holds its colour longer than pure cotton.

What can you have made alongside polo shirts?

When it gets colder, your team wants the same logo on a warmer piece too. That is why you can have custom sweaters made with us in the same house colour, and if your team works outdoors, we make jackets on proven base models.

For a club or an event, you complete the look with joggers in the club colour, embroidered caps or cotton canvas tote bags.

What do you have polo shirts made for?

A polo shirt is corporate wear and a collection piece at the same time. The approach differs per purpose.

  • Recognisable polo shirts in your house colours with an embroidered logo, reorderable on the same specs.

  • Polo shirts for staff, volunteers and sponsors, in the club colours.

  • Polo shirts as a premium item alongside your tees and hoodies, fully under your own label.

  • A polo with matching shorts from the same fabric batch, so colour and shrinkage are identical.

Questions about custom polo shirts

What is the minimum number of polo shirts I can have made?

35 pieces per colour and style. If you want the same polo in two colours, you make 35 pieces twice.

Can I have my logo embroidered on the collar or the sleeve?

Yes. Embroidery is possible on the chest, the sleeve, the back of the collar or the hem. You state the position and the maximum size in the tech pack; on the sample you see how it turns out on your fabric.

How much does it cost to have polo shirts made?

That depends on the style (collar construction, button placket, length), the fabric and the GSM. A sample of your own polo costs €250 excl. VAT. Send us your style, your choice of fabric and your quantities, and within one working day you have a quote with the price per piece.
