What should you look out for when having joggers made?
The fit. A jogger has more pattern pieces than a tee or a hoodie: crotch seam, waistband, pockets, cuffs. That is where a sloppy factory fails first: a crotch that sits too low, a waistband that stretches out or legs that twist after one wash.
That is why we test size stability and shrinkage on the sample, not only in bulk. Count on at least 5 to 6 weeks after payment for that sample. Production only starts after your approval.
Why make joggers and hoodie from the same fabric batch?
Because then you can sell them as a set without any difference: the same batch means the same colour, the same hand feel and the same shrinkage after washing. We make joggers in the same cotton qualities as our hoodies and crewnecks. We produce in Turkey, Italy, Portugal and China: most production in our own workshop in Turkey, the other countries on request.

What do you pair with joggers?
On top goes the hoodie or crewneck from the same fabric batch, but it can be lighter too: we make custom t-shirts and polos in piqué or interlock, in a colour that matches.
For outdoors, we make custom jackets on a proven base style. And if you turn it into a complete collection, caps with an embroidered logo and canvas tote bags go with it.
What do you record in the tech pack of a jogger?
These choices decide how your jogger fits and looks. We confirm per factory what is possible and work it into your sample.
Fit and leg shape
Tapered, straight or wide leg, with the rise and leg width per size recorded in the size chart.
Waistband
An elastic band, with or without a drawcord.
Pockets
Side pockets, a back pocket or a thigh pocket with a zip, including pocket shapes and the placement of the opening.
Cuff or open hem
Rib-knit cuffs for a classic jogger or an open hem for a sweatpant silhouette.
Questions about custom joggers
Can I have joggers made on their own, without a set?
Yes. Joggers start from 25 pieces per style, so you can have just joggers made, or joggers and hoodies in one production as long as you reach the minimum per style. A cotton set, hoodie or zip plus jogger, starts from 25 sets.
Which weight do I choose for joggers?
For a jogger you wear all year round, french terry of 280 to 340 GSM works well. If you want heavier trousers that hold their shape, with a wider silhouette, you end up with fleece of 380 to 450 GSM.
How do I stop the trousers from shrinking or stretching?
With the right fabric and an honest size chart. Our fabrics are pre-washed, so shrinkage is minimal, and we test it on the sample. For teamwear that gets washed intensively, we recommend a cotton-poly interlock.
How much does it cost to have joggers made?
That depends on the style, the fabric and the quantity. There is no fixed unit price for joggers: the GSM, the construction (pockets, cuffs, waistband) and the number of print placements decide where you end up. The sample beforehand costs €250 excl. VAT. Send us your style and quantities, and within one working day you have a quote.
