In short
We produce in Turkey, Italy, Portugal and China, with most production in our own workshop in Turkey. Your sample comes first, at least 5 to 6 weeks after payment; after your approval and payment, production also takes at least 5 to 6 weeks.
How do you get your own hoodie made?
For many brands, a hoodie is the first serious product: it carries your graphics, your fit and your price point in one go. You start from our base style, a hoodie in heavy fleece of 450 GSM, 100% cotton with an oversized boxy fit, and make it yours with your print and neck label, in black, cream or white. Your own fit, fabric or colour is possible for larger quantities.
We record those choices in a tech pack, make your sample and then arrange production and delivery. That is how it works for every piece in your line: the full overview is on our custom clothing manufacturer page.
The base is 100% cotton fleece, from airy french terry to ultra heavy cotton. For merch and teamwear, a cotton-polyester blend is also possible: it shrinks less and holds its colour longer.
We also make the same fleece without a hood: take a look at custom sweaters. If you want bottoms to go with it, we make them from the same fabric batch, separately via custom joggers or as a complete set via custom tracksuits.
Where are your hoodies made?
We make small runs and most production in our own workshop in Turkey. The other countries on request, if they suit your budget, run size or quality requirements better.

Questions about custom hoodies
From how many pieces can I have hoodies made?
From 10 pieces per style and per colour, on our base style with your print and a printed neck label, in black, cream or white. Other colours are possible from 40 pieces per colour. In a run of ten you choose two sizes, for example five medium and five large; the full size range comes with a larger run. The same hoodie in two colours counts as two times ten pieces, because each colour needs its own fabric batch and machine setup. A fully custom pattern is possible from 150 to 200 pieces per style and colour.
How much does a custom hoodie cost?
From 10 pieces, a hoodie costs €39.99 per piece, with your print and a printed neck label, excluding VAT. Embroidery costs €5 per piece extra, and each extra print position €2. Other fabrics, colours and larger quantities get a custom price. The sample beforehand costs €250. Send your style, your fabric choice and your quantities, and within one working day you get a quote that names the fabric, weight and techniques.
Is this the same as printing hoodies?
No. When you print hoodies, a printer puts your design on an existing blank hoodie: the supplier decides the fabric, the weight, the fit and the label in the neck, you only decide the print. When you have hoodies made, we produce the hoodie ourselves, with your print and your own neck label; for larger quantities also with your cotton, GSM, fit and colour. That takes more preparation and a sample phase, and it gives you a hoodie nobody else can order.
Which GSM should I choose for my hoodie?
From 10 pieces we make your hoodie in heavy fleece of 450 GSM. For larger quantities it depends on how your hoodie should hang. Around 280 to 340 GSM it is light and supple, 320 to 400 GSM is the standard premium hoodie, and from 400 GSM it gets heavy, hangs oversized and holds its shape. A higher GSM also means a higher cost price, so choose what fits your price point. You feel the difference best in your sample.
Do I get a sample first before bulk starts?
We always recommend it. You get a custom sample with your print or embroidery, so you can judge fabric, weight and fit; your own neck label only comes in production. Count on at least 5 to 6 weeks after payment. After your approval, production of the rest of your run starts. If you would rather go straight into production, that is possible too.
How long does it take to have hoodies made?
Count on at least 5 to 6 weeks of production after your approved sample and payment, depending on the style, the production country and the run size. That also applies to Turkey, our most chosen location for hoodies. Add the sample stage of at least 5 to 6 weeks to that.
