  • Test in motion

Your sample joins a real training session first, only then the bulk.

  • Reorder exactly

We keep your tech pack and pattern, so a restock runs on the same specs.

Your line. From tank to training jacket.

  • Performance tees and tanks

Jersey, interlock or poly tricot, with a fit that won't ride up.

  • Shorts and joggers

Short or long, tapered or straight, in french terry or fleece.

Custom sportswear

What is the difference between custom-made and printed sportswear?

With printing, an existing garment gets a print: the fabric, the fit and the label in the neck are already fixed. With custom sportswear, we produce the garment itself. You choose the fabric, the weight, the colour and your own labels, and end up with clothing that belongs only to your brand. It does take more preparation.

That is why sports brands building an activewear line have their clothing made, just like gyms and boutique studios that want to see their own name on the floor. Personal trainers choose it too: a small series they can reorder exactly the same a year later. If, as a trainer, you mainly sell to your followers online, also take a look at influencer merch.

If you are looking for clothing for a sports club, a team or an association, with sponsor logos and distribution to members, custom club apparel is the better starting point. If you mainly dress your own staff in your house colours, corporate uniforms fit better. This page sticks to the material and the brand side.

From how many pieces can you have sportswear made?

Cotton basics, such as a T-shirt, long sleeve, hoodie or sweater, start from 10 pieces per style and per colour: plain, on our base fabric, in black, cream or white, with your print and a printed neck label. With a run of ten, you choose two sizes. Shorts and joggers are possible from 25 pieces.

Sportswear in technical stretch fabric, such as sports shirts, shorts and tank tops, starts from 150 to 200 pieces per style and colour, and leggings, sports bras and yoga sets from 200. The fabric is purchased first and the whole roll is used. Combining styles in one production is allowed, as long as you reach the minimum per style.

How do you test the fit of sportswear?

In motion, not on a table. A tee that falls perfectly when standing still can become too short in a squat, and shorts that match the size chart can ride up while running. So let your sample join a real training session before you release the bulk.

A physical sample per style is ready at least 5 to 6 weeks after payment and costs from €150. What the training shows (sleeve length, armhole, waist height, length of the shorts) we record in the tech pack, so the bulk becomes exactly what you tested.

Which fabric do you use for sportswear?

The fabric decides whether a training shirt still fits snugly after ten washes. These are the constructions we use most often for sporty styles.

Cotton-poly interlock

280 to 340 GSM

Smooth, double-knit and shape-retaining. Shrinks less and holds its colour longer than pure cotton: the workhorse fabric for training wear.

Technical poly tricot

260 to 300 GSM

Fluid drape and a sporty look: the classic tracksuit look for jackets and trousers.

Piqué cotton

220 to 260 GSM

Light and airy with a visible texture. The basis for sports polos and summer training shirts.

Ringspun and combed jersey

180 to 240 GSM

Soft and breathable for tees and tanks. Combed jersey pills less, so prints stay sharper.

French terry

280 to 340 GSM

Breathable and not too warm. The standard for joggers and light warm-up layers.

Scuba or double knit

300 to 360 GSM

Sturdy and structured, holds its shape. For jackets and trousers that need to keep a close fit.

How do you put your logo on sportswear?

A sports line stands or falls with the details you only see when the box opens. We take care of these too.

  • Embroidered brand logoOn chest, sleeve or back: embroidery holds up best with intensive washing.
  • Prints for large graphicsScreen printing or DTF, matched to the fabric. All-over print is possible from 250 pieces per style.
  • Your own neck and care labelsA printed neck label with your own care instructions; a woven label is possible at an extra cost.
  • Brand colour as a colour codeDyeing exactly to your colour code is possible from 500 pieces; below that we get as close to your colour as possible.
  • Size range and fit profileOur standard sizes; your own size chart is possible with larger quantities, recorded in the tech pack.
  • Packaging per piece or per setEach piece individually in a polybag, bundled per style for your warehouse or webshop. Your own packaging with logo from 5,000.

What sports brands ask us

How much does it cost to have sportswear made?

That depends on the style, the fabric and the number of pieces per style. A cotton T-shirt costs €29.99 from 10 pieces and a hoodie €39.99, with print and printed neck label, excluding VAT. For sportswear in technical fabric you get a tailored price.

How long does it take from first conversation to delivered clothing?

Count on at least 5 to 6 weeks for the sample and at least 5 to 6 weeks for bulk production, each time after payment, depending on style, production country and run size. So plan a drop or a season start well ahead; we put the planning on paper with the quote.

Can you make sportswear with moisture-wicking fabrics?

Tell us which properties you need (moisture transport, stretch, breathability), and we come up with a concrete fabric proposal for your style. For sports uniforms we work with moisture-wicking materials and stretch; which exact qualities go with that, we put in your quote.

Can we reorder exactly the same clothing later?

Yes. We keep your tech pack and pattern, so a reorder runs on the same fabric, colour and fit; you get the approved sample. A second series or a restock therefore does not visibly fall out of step with the first.

Your sports line. A sample first.

Tell us which styles, colours and quantities you are looking for. We produce in Turkey, Italy, Portugal and China, most production in our own workshop in Turkey, and send a tailored quote within 1 working day.
