Festival merchandise

Which festivals do we make merchandise for?
We make merch for dance and electronic festivals, rock and indie festivals, hip-hop events, cultural festivals, city events and pop-up shows. From 200 to 40,000 visitors, and from a single stage to multi-day editions.
If you're looking for practical clothing for your crew behind the bar or at the cloakroom, custom workwear is the better place to start. This page is about merch your visitors want to buy.
What makes festival merch good?
Good festival merch feels like something your visitors would buy themselves. That's why we work with heavyweight fleece of 400+ GSM, cotton tees with screen printing or DTF, and your own labels. That is the difference between printing and custom clothing: you choose the label and the print, and with larger quantities also the fabric and the weight.
With a minimum of 10 pieces per style you make your own design per stage, per artist or per festival day, without being left with leftover stock. We record every design in a tech pack, so print, colour and placement in the bulk come out exactly as on the sample.
If your merch needs to be sustainable, that's possible on request with certified fabrics and water-based prints. What to choose for that and what you can claim, you can read under sustainable clothing production.
What does festival merch bring in?
That depends on your audience, your line-up and your merch stand. Work it out in advance with your own visitor numbers, your selling price and the fixed price per piece: from 10 pieces a hoodie costs €39.99 and a T-shirt €29.99, with print.
How does making festival merchandise work?
We guide the full process and deliver to your warehouse or straight to the festival site. Also for pop-up stores and online drops afterwards.

Your design becomes production specs: fabric and GSM, sizes, colour codes and print placement.
- 03
Samples
A physical prototype per style, so you see print, fit and colour before the bulk.

Frequently asked questions about festival merchandise
How far in advance should I order festival merch?
For an annual festival we start the process 3 to 4 months before the event, so there is room for sampling and adjustments. A tighter schedule is possible too, as long as you allow at least 5 to 6 weeks for the sample and another at least 5 to 6 weeks for the bulk, each after payment, and your tech packs are ready on time.
Can I make different designs per stage or artist?
Yes. Our minimum order is 10 pieces per style, so limited drops per stage, per artist or per festival day are very doable without being left with leftover stock.
Can festival merch be made sustainably?
Yes, on request. We then produce with certified fabrics, such as GOTS cotton, GRS recycled polyester or OEKO-TEX, with water-based prints and more sustainable packaging. Mention it in your request.
Do you also handle sales at the festival?
We deliver to your warehouse or straight to the festival site and also produce for pop-up stores and online drops afterwards. You arrange sales on site with your own crew or merch partner.
What is the minimum order for festival caps?
For clothing, ten pieces per style. For caps and bucket hats it depends on the route: an existing style that we embroider with your logo is possible from 150 pieces per style; for a cap we make entirely ourselves, we confirm the minimum per design. You can combine styles within one production, so a complete merch line can start small.
What does festival merchandise cost?
That depends on the item, the fabric and weight, and the run per style. From 10 pieces a graphic tee costs €29.99 and a heavyweight hoodie €39.99 per piece, with a print and a printed neck label, excluding VAT; embroidery costs €5 extra. A sample costs from €150, depending on the style. Send your artwork, the items and the quantities per stage or artist, and you get a quote with the price per item.
